- To experience 16K/8K resolution requires your USB-C Source device and Monitor both support 16K/8K resolution.
- Works for USB C or Thunderbolt 3 port interfaces which support DisplayPort Alternate Mode(DP Alt Mode).
- Source device for transfer Video to DisplayPort Monitor need to support DP Alt Mode.
- Please turn off "Dex Mode" when synchronizing videos with Samsung cell phones, otherwise the videos will not be displayed.
Note: If the screen does not display, please check whether the signal input source has been switched to DisplayPort.
