About Num Lock Synchronization
When connected to a Windows or Android device, the numeric keypad will synchronize with the Num Lock status of the connected device (synchronized mode). When connected to a Mac or iOS device, the numeric keypad will operate in non-synchronized mode.
Can not hold the charge
The output is 5V/200mA, please do not charge the keyboard with a voltage that is higher than 5V, and the keyboard will stop charging.
The keyboard frequently loses connection, delays when typing
1. Keep other electrical devices and metals at least 8 inches (20 cm) away from the keyboard, such as speakers, WiFi routers, and cordless phones.
2. Move the keyboard closer to the computer or tablet.
