This PCIe 4.0 MCIO x8 to SFF-8639 cable is a dedicated enterprise storage expansion solution. It is widely applied in server rooms, data centers and industrial computing environments, used to connect motherboards, expansion cards and U.2 NVMe SSDs for high-speed data transmission and storage expansion. Standard length: 1.6ft (50cm), 3.3ft (100cm) variant is also available for different wiring requirements.

Specifications & Compatibility

Connector A: 1 x Straight Male MCIO X8 (74Pin SFF-TA-1016); Connector B: 2 x Straight Female SFF-8639 U.2 (68Pin). Built with 8 PCIe lanes, single lane transfer rate reaches 16 GT/s and total bandwidth up to 128Gbps. Equipped with 15Pin SATA power interface. It meets SCSI (SAS) and PCIe 4.0 specifications, and is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0/2.0/1.0, compatible with U.2 NVMe SSDs, motherboards and storage expansion cards.
