Android: Samsung Galaxy S23/S24/S25/S26, Google Pixel, and OnePlus.
Laptops: Plug-and-play for MacBook and Surface.
My Android phone doesn't recognize the microphone?
Some models require manual setup:
Go to [Settings] > search "OTG".
Toggle "OTG Connection" to ON.
Ensure the receiver is firmly seated; we recommend removing thick phone cases for a secure connection.
The noise reduction doesn't seem to work?The connection seems unstable or no sound is recorded?
Most issues are solved by a firm re-insertion:
Unplug and firmly re-insert the receiver until it clicks.
Check lights: A steady light on both TX and RX means a successful 2.4GHz pair.
Ensure the transmitter is not accidentally muted.
How effective is the smart noise reduction?
Optimized for Vocal Clarity:
It suppresses constant low-frequency noise (A/C hum, fans, traffic) while keeping your voice natural.
Note: It cannot fully eliminate sharp, close-range sounds like loud keyboard clicks or door slams.
