Q1: What is the optimal transmission distance for the charger?

A1: =0.12?(3mm). Case OR Case+metal ring under this thick will fast charge. Thickness between 0.12? - 0.24? (3mm-6mm) will charge at standard speed (not fast charging). Thickness over 0.24? may not charge properly.

Q2: How to achieve 15W Fast Charging?

A2: Ensure your iPhone is 12 series or newer and runs IOS 17.5 or later. Please use the included PD port charger adapter & cable to ensure fast charging.

Q3: How to avoid overheating during charging and charge normally?

A3: Center the metal ring correctly on the phone back, misalignment causes overheating. Avoid direct sunlight, move to shade or use AC to cool down. Check for metal objects on the phone back (e.g., metal piece, magnet, credit card)

Q4: Why can’t my phone connect to CarPlay when using this mount?

A4: Wired CarPlay: 1.Make sure your phone is connected to the vehicle’s data port. Some ports in the car are charge-only and do not support CarPlay, so CarPlay will not start if the phone is connected to the wrong port. 2.Check that the CarPlay cable is in good condition and supports data transfer, not just charging. 3.Inspect the phone’s Lightning port and the car’s USB-C port for dust, looseness, or poor contact.

Wireless CarPlay: Uses Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, so the signal can be affected by phone placement, magnetic accessories, thick cases, or heat from charging.

Troubleshooting tips: 1.Ensure proper phone placement. 2.Remove metal/magnetic plates or thick cases. 3.Avoid overheating; toggle Bluetooth & Wi-Fi if needed. (Tip: Test direct connection to the car if issues persist.)
