The finger is not properly positioned or your SpO is too low to be detected. Don't use under strong light, Place the finger properly and try again.
SpO2 & Pulse Rate not stably
The finger is not placed inside deep enough or you're moving. You need to calm down and place the finger properly.
The device can't be turned on
The batteries are drained or almost drained or not inserted properly. Change batteries or contact the customer-service.
The display is off suddenly
It is normal that product will auto-shut off when no signal is in the product within 5s. Or the batteries are almost drained. You need to change batteries.
