Why does the scale only detect weight and BMI?

a. Create your own user profile in the FITINDEX App and that your phone is connected via Bluetooth during the measurement.

b. Ensure your feet are dry and bare and remove thick clothing.

Why can't the scale be zeroed?

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface and wait for the screen to turn off. After 60 seconds of idling, step on the scale with a single foot to activate it, then step off. Step on again when the display reads zero.
