Q: Can I send photos remotely when I'm away from home? A: This frame uses private local WiFi transfer. Your phone and the frame must be connected to the same home network. No cloud upload, no remote access your photos stay private.
Q: Do my phone and frame need to be on the same WiFi? A:Yes. Both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network for the first-time setup. The frame will remember your WiFi after that.
Q: What photos work best for the 3D effect? A: Photos with clear foreground, midground, and background (strong depth layering) and high resolution / sharp details produce the most stunning 3D effect. Flat or low-resolution images will show a milder effect.
Q: Does it support video playback? A: No. This frame is optimized for 3D photo display. Video playback is not supported.

A: For best results, use photos with a clear subject and a blurred or simple background for example, portraits, pet close-ups, or landscapes with a foreground (flowers, tree) and background (mountains, sky).
