We bring you the best Bluetooth-powered audio equipment in the industry by using technology to redefine sound. We love what we do and having fun doing it. Proudly American, we started in 2015 after our own frustrations with being tied down by wires and having to pay too much just to experience decent audio. We knew we deserved better, and so do you. We knew we could do something about it so we assembled our team and got to work.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days

RMA Policy

Productech Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Productech
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Productech
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Productech will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Productech.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Productech will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Productech can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

They failed to ship both of my speakers together but after emailing them I received the missing speaker within 48 hrs so I have no complaints. They were quick to fix and had an awesome sale for the speakers

I drive for a living and use these everyday. Was looking for something that was loud enough to here over the truck noise ...these work great. For the money they can't be beat. I bought two and use them in both at home together. highly recommend them

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it because my wife found it on another site much cheaper. I attempted to get a price match since I love newegg and didn't want to go through another vendor. According to the newegg rep, marketplace sellers don't price match. ok, thir loss, or so i thought. The seller refused to cancel my order stating that it was already processed and ready to ship. in 5 minutes? I call (since newegg won't let me use offensive language like the short form of cow droppings everyone knows and loves, I'll use) "unethical purposely false response" on that. Then they shipped it 2 days later via fedex. Why did it take 2 days to ship if it was processed and ready to ship in 5 minutes. more proof of unethical purposely false response. When it was not delivered when they said it was, I contacted them and they told me to contact the post office. That doesn't make sense for a fedex package? Then they supposedly "sent me a claim form" which I never received. The link was removed in the email i did receive. I find it weird that it removed that link but not the fedex tracking link. I call unethical purposely false response again. Then they said they asked me for my email to send it directly to me, which they never asked for. Then they again said they sent it, which how could they if they never asked for it to begin with? unethical purposely false response again. This all happened over about 15 emails each way. This seller has been causing a hassle from the start, i suspect on purpose to strong arm me into giving up and keeping the product and allow them to keep my money. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank to reverse the charges and filed a claim directly with newegg in order to rate the seller (I couldn't use the link in my order history because the order had been canceled by newegg initially). no one should ever buy from this seller that repeatedly used unethical purposely false responses.

We’ve tried our best to resolve the situation with every possible solution from our side. Please believe there was no intention from our side to make you keeping the item. Unfortunately, the shipper doesn’t allow to cancel orders once they have taken them into work. Thus, we have offered to refuse or return the parcel once it arrives for a full refund. We also understand how frustrating it is when the parts of information are removed from the emails. However, to our deepest regret, it’s how the NewEgg system works. They remove all the links and attachments making it harder to provide our customers with the needed information. In this case, we have asked for your personal email to have the possibility to pass you the required links. It was a fortune that your wife answered the phone and gave us your email so that we could reach out to you. Every step we took was to make things right for you. Robert, please accept our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience and frustration caused throughout the process once again. The order is fully refunded now and the case is resolved. YMMV. I received the headset , paired it with the phone and there was a strange sound that everyone I called can hear during the call. I unpaired the headset, reset the device and tried again and still the same. I am still stuck in the returns loop with this vendor because all troubleshooting explained above requires maybe 15 minutes to perform. There is no number to call and the only way to reach marketplace vendors is through email, where you get a case number and they walk you through all the troubleshooting options that I had already done above. Its a strange experience to deal with in the world of excellent experience from competing companies named after the largest forest in the world. I guess I learnt my lesson in trying to save $5 on the product price by ordering from Newegg as I have spent way more money in terms of my time at this point and the headset is still not returned !

Seller's return policy not as listed on site, they attempted to get me to open the package and demanding photos of the item before shipping it back. They also mentioned they don't offer full-refunds for opened items after asking for this. None of this is listed on their seller page, it seems manipulative to not giving back full-refunds for poor products. I told them I did not want to engage outside of newegg's internal messaging system and they refused to give me a return label unless I did (due to newegg not allowing attachments in its messaging system.) I eventually relented and contacting them with email. I'm not expecting a full-refund as it seems very shady to not list requirements for that on their seller page, and only in email communication for unused products. I've sent the item back after weeks of back and forth waiting for them to send me a label and am now waiting for a refund. This has been a overloaded and annoying process and is making me rethink ordering things off newegg in the future as a substitute for other big-brand retailers.
