Projector Ceiling Mounts Direct, LLC. (PCMD) has been offering low-cost ceiling mount solutions for home theater and business projector installations since 2006. Our product is locally made in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. The entire process from R&D to product distribution occurs in-house and we take great pride in keeping the manufacturing process in the United States.

We offer a ceiling mount for over 2,400 (and growing) projector models across 24 different projector manufacturers. What sets PCMD, LLC. apart from other projector ceiling mount manufacturers is that our mounts are not universal. Our mounts are specifically designed for the projector listed in the ad. Each mount is CNC machined out of aircraft grade aluminum per the projector manufacturer’s ceiling mount pattern. This allows the customer to align the projector plate and install the ceiling mount onto their projector in a matter of minutes. Whereas universal mounts are flimsy scissor mounts made of thin steel, manufactured overseas, and can be a hassle to install properly.

Typical shipping lead time is 1 business day. By controlling the manufacturing process in-house, we have the ability to accept an order in the morning, process, and ship the order to the customer the very same day. In most cases, customers receive our product well before receiving the projector for which they purchased the mount. We also back our product with a lifetime, money back guarantee. The customer can return their PCMD product at any time, even after 30, 60, or 90 days, for a full refund.

We believe you will be 100% satisfied with the form, fit, and function of your projector ceiling mount that we will extend a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of our projector ceiling mount kits!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ceiling mount, simply return the complete kit for a refund. No questions asked. No restocking fees!

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Seller shipped and beat expected delivery date. Very easy transaction. Product was a piece of cnc cut sheet metal that they didn't even de-burr the cuts. Scratched up my shelf from the slightest contact while positioning it. Super janky mount. Like someone built it in their hobby shop as a practice exercise.

I contacted seller via email and received a prompt, helpful response. Purchased their product (which was great) and then had a question about a modification to their product that I was willing to pay for. They not only responded again promptly, but offered to send out the modification at no charge! Would definitely buy from this company again.

hello, we have a piece missing in the box and can not get a resppnse. please help!

Customer never contacted us prior to leaving this negative feedback. FedEx tracking information does not confirm the customer's allegations that parts were missing considering the weight and size of the package as stated by FedEx would be significantly different if what the customer stated was true. The package was also signed for by the customer upon delivery 17 days ago without ever mentioning package damage. The customer received the correct items, as shipped, so we are unsure what they are attempting to achieve by slandering our company.
