Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

RMA Policy

1. Refund policy
1) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
2) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. A refund will not be provided in following cases
1) The refund was requested beyond 30 calendars days of purchase;
2) Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
3) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

3. Replacement policy
1) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition.
2) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
3) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
4) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).

4. A replacement will not be provided within 30 calendar days of the purchase in following cases
1) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
2) Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
3) Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Reolink Technical Support.
4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

5. Miscellaneous
1) Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above. We will tell you what these costs are in advance.
2) For replacements, only defective parts will be replaced.
3) We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to, including where there is a change of law.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Got tired of the wifi cams and the subscription to get the most out of it. I wanted a system that I could look at immediately and see what's going on. Not wait 30 seconds or more to look. The installation is about as simple as it could be, although running all that wire is a pain. The replay has worked well, although they could have issued some instruction with it. I'm still figuring it all out, but it seems well organized. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Description of the item on the site could be better. The fact that it is refurbished should be prominent even to the point that the text should start off with the word refurbished. I missed it when I ordered it and I'm not sure I would have order it if I knew it was refurbished. I'm satisfied with the product so far, except for the above issue. I will be keeping it.

These cameras did take almost 2 weeks to arrive. That was specified when I purchased them. If you are in a hurry you'll be disappointed. Cameras were easy to install, software is easy to use.

Reolink customer service is horrible. I am now regretting I went with Reolink for my security camera system. I cannot even get the system installation completed because the horrible customer service of Reolink. I have an expensive system waiting on D20 junction boxes. I have ordered from reolink.com six D20 Reolink junction boxes to install six cameras. Order was completed on 02/05/2021. Received verification order is complete and tracking information to track the package with UPS on 02/06/2021. When I went to the UPS tracker system and entered the number supplied it shows, UPS is waiting on supplier to provide package. Reolink has collected payment from my bank account, but has not shipped the package. NVR and wiring installation is complete, but just need junction boxes so the cameras can be installed. I have reached out to Reolink via the website and by email multiple times, but the customer service does not reply back. I am at a loss for what to do. Called the phone support, but phone system is under maintenance. Purchase was processed via third-party (Newegg) and they are also being ignored by Reolink. Reolink comment system says they will reply back, but they do not reply back.
