Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

RMA Policy

1. Refund policy
1) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
2) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. A refund will not be provided in following cases
1) The refund was requested beyond 30 calendars days of purchase;
2) Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
3) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

3. Replacement policy
1) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition.
2) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
3) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
4) Within 30 calendar days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).

4. A replacement will not be provided within 30 calendar days of the purchase in following cases
1) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
2) Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
3) Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by Reolink Technical Support.
4) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
6) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

5. Miscellaneous
1) Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above. We will tell you what these costs are in advance.
2) For replacements, only defective parts will be replaced.
3) We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to, including where there is a change of law.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Bought a refurbished RLN8-410 NVR. Didnt install right away, and when I did, I found out it was actually a RLN8-410-E model, which cant be upgraded to the new software, and doesnt support human. Shucks detection, and the newer cameras. This was NOT in the listing description. In fact, it said, work perfectly with all Reolink cameras. They refuse to swap this for a new NVR without me paying for return shipping and a new NVR. Customer service responds once every 24 hours by email only. Horrible customer service!! No phone number because they are in China. Will be my last Reolink product I assure you that.

Arrived safe and on time. Packaging was very good. I have installed one system and it is good. Learning the controls and Configs. Set up the Configs for the cameras. GUI is pretty easy to navigate. Everything is made out of metal and appears to be very good design and construction. I would recommend this system to others. Pulled the 2TB drive and replaced with 6TB NAS drive and no problems. Will probably add 1 or 2 more cameras as it started out with 4. Will do a professional Review and post on YouTube when completed.

This is the 'second wave' of these cameras that I bought, so that should say enough. I had trouble getting them to communicate with Blue Iris, so I sent their support team a request for help. They responded within a couple of hours and solved the problem immediately. What more could I want? Very highly recommended!
