RMA Policy

ReUse Computers Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from ReUse Computers
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by ReUse Computers
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, ReUse Computers will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by ReUse Computers.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. ReUse Computers will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
ReUse Computers can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Yes, but with qualifications. The PC was as advertised and looked good with only a few minor case scratches. What did not make me happy was the fact there was no operable ethernet connection. I tried many different cables with no luck. I spoke with a friendly person on their help line and he sent me a USB wireless connector. That allowed me to connect but I'd prefer a working ethernet connection.

The PC I ordered is fantastic. A great deal for what it is and works perfectly for astrophotography. When it first arrived, the carrier damaged it. I opened the box to see the case was damaged. I contacted ReUse and they sent me a label & I dropped it off later that day. By the end of the week the new one arrived. This wasn't by any means their fault but a circumstance. And they handled it perfectly. If I need more computers, this will likely be the first place that I look.

Due to na SKU description error, I received a computer from ReUse that did not match the specs I purchased. ReUse handled the issue quickly and professionally and within a couple of days I had the correct computer I ordered. The computer is fantastic but beyond that, their customer service made the issue disappear quickly and efficiently. My hats off to ReUse and I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a refurbished computer to check with ReUse. I definitely appreciate them and their efforts.

It was marked as everything delivered but some stuff was still on the way. Next time pls just let us know its not all in one delivery. New egg had it posted that it was all here.

The refurbished PC I purchased was an excellent value and arrived in great condition clean, well-packed, and ready to go right out of the box. Setup was smooth, and I was up and running quickly. The only small hiccup was that the graphics card drivers werent updated, so it took me a little time to get dual monitors working. Once that was resolved, everything has been running perfectly. Overall, a great experience and solid product!

I was replacing a 2013 i5 PC, and this was a great deal for me. Dell did a great job, and it was refurbished perfectly. I have already upgraded the memory and installed two SSDs from my old PC, along with the included NVMe drive

I would / have recommended New Egg & ReUse Computers to family and friends. The PC actually arrived earlier than expected and runs like a brand-new PC. I can not say anything for their cutomer service, as I didnt have to use them. Which in itself is a glowing review. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
