Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse where the item(s) has been accurately picked, securely packed and shipped in a professional manner. You can track your package via the tracking number we email to your supplied email address.
Shipping Policies:
- The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information.
- You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card information.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship out the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out.
- Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.
- Our shipping providers routinely deliver Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call, pick-up, or C.O.D orders will be accepted) and deliveries may require signature for release.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order online via email.

RMA Policy
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by ShopTronics within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. ShopTronics does not permit the return of or offer refunds for opened software. You may return software provided the software is unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To set up a return for refund call us at 1.888.321.1110 (please have your order number ready).
After 30 days from order date we will not accept returns for refund. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.
Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.
RMA instructions
When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Reviewed on Nov 24, 2020 Item was received in a timely manner and functioned as advertised. This was a 35mm slide scanner. The scanned image, however, was not in sharp focus when compared to the original. When I sent copies of the scanned images to Magnasonic, they replied that they looked good to them. Since I was not satisfied, I returned the product. They remained professional, we just didn’t agree on the end results.
