RMA Policy

Sixvery Digital Store Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Sixvery Digital Store
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Sixvery Digital Store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Sixvery Digital Store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Sixvery Digital Store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Sixvery Digital Store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Sixvery Digital Store can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I'm waiting for a refund. The equipment was opened, dirty, the box was in bad condition, there were signs of use on the remote control, and it was activated on the DJI app three months ago.

Drone kit was missing instruction manuals, and 3 cables including a require cable. This replacement cable is not easily found in stores. Contacted seller asked for replacement part, seller was argumentative and obnoxious, chose this bad review over behaving professionally.

At first I was skeptical, received drone in 2 weeks exactly! Turned it on and all was in mandarin, used translate on my phone and changed language to English and couldnt be happier! Solid 5/7!

I'll start off with the only thing I disliked. Shipping, their shipping is slow. However, my Mavic4Pro was delivery exactly on the day they said it would be delivered. Tracking was bad I had to contact the seller because in the tracking it looked like my package was headed back where in came from. Now the good, at the time they were the only third party seller delivering the DJI Mavic4Pro in the US. Their costumer service was quick and friendly. Item was just as described and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. While I wish delivery would have been faster, I was not missled and I was made aware how long shipping would take before I finalized my purchase. I will definitely be buying from them again when I'm ready to upgrade to the RC2Pro. And yes the Mavic4Pro is worth every penny.

I placed an order for the DJI Mini4 Pro Aerial Drone with Screen Remote, 3 batteries (Order #552572614) on July 16, 2025, and the item has still not been delivered, despite the original delivery window being from August 1August 8, 2025. The tracking information has shown no meaningful progress since the shipping label was created, and the package has remained in an "Awaiting Item" status with USPS since the order date. The last scan was on July 28, 2025, at a shipping partner facility in Los Angeles, CA, but the item has never been handed over to USPS for final delivery. The seller failed to ensure the item reached USPS, resulting in a completely stalled order. Given the lack of resolution and communication, Ive had to request a cancellation and refund. I do not recommend this seller due to their poor handling of the order and inability to fulfill their delivery commitments.
