RMA Policy

Snow Wolf Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Snow Wolf
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Snow Wolf
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Snow Wolf will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Snow Wolf.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Snow Wolf will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Snow Wolf does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Snow Wolf will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

really wanted a Canon 7D Mk 2, could not find anywhere in the US. Decided to take a chance on getting a "grey" product or worse. The camera came with non US cord for battery charger but otherwise looked normal. They had to open the original box to insert the battery in the camera due to shipping rules. I was very worried about this purchase but the camera is beautiful and functions perfectly so far. (about 2 weeks of use so far)

In the end the purchase is very satisfactory. The camera came well packaged and within the timeframe. It even came with a usb SD card to USB jack for the computer. My only complaint is that the tracking number wasnt active until the day before purchase so I didnt know when to expect it. Who wants a 500+ dollar camera sitting on their porch. I had emailed customer service about it several times but the response I got was since its not outside the shipping window just wait. Like I said, I love my new camera but it seems like theres maybe an customer service problem

The camera is an older model, but arrived in new/mint condition as described. Consistent with other comments/reviews this is in-fact a serial number intended for release in the Asian market. It is a Nikon, so I am not sure what value a 1 year warranty has for products that consistently survive decades. Initially, there was a problem with the shipping carrier, but Snow Wolf's service representative solved it and sent the camera 2 day air from Hong Kong. That was good of them. Overall, good deal. BTW the charger came with a 2 pin mains cord with a plug such as one would find in Asia. I am in the US, so I lack that plug. However, the mains power cord from another camera's (Canon) power brick fit the bill, and I was taking pictures after 30 minutes of charging.

I was unaware this seller was in Hong Kong. I found out when registering the camera body on the Canon site that it was not manufactured for sale in the US and won't be covered by the warranty. While that doesn't kill the deal it is a drag, and the time zones available are all in the far east.

I was somewhat skeptical about making this purchase as there are so very many negative comments about on-line purchases and sellers, so I first made a call and spoke to a representative who did her utmost to allay my fears. And, sure enough, my purchase went exactly as she said it would and I hoped. The item was the genuine article, arrived on time in mint condition. Thank you all for your service.
