Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

RMA Policy

soft_9 Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from soft_9
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by soft_9
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, soft_9 will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by soft_9.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. soft_9 will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
soft_9 can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

This right here is a good place to buy from. I got a refurbished board in good condition, and it's already been a month since I purchased it. Even got replacement parts when I asked for them, very reliable and responds fast, 10/10.

This was sold as a good working board. It wasn't. Don't you guys test your stuff?

Dear customer, we are truly sorry the motherboard fails to work for you after arrival. International shipping fees are quite high, so we have no reason to send out a defective product intentionally. All our boards are fully tested by our technicians before shipment, and we have complete test photos proving the unit booted and functioned normally when we sent it out. Hardware incompatibility or improper installation may cause boot failures. Could you kindly send us the model numbers of your CPU, RAM, power supply and other accessories? We will help you check compatibility and troubleshoot step by step. If possible, please also provide photos or videos showing the current issue together with the motherboard serial number, so we can figure out the root cause quickly.

4 out of 5 eggs This seller is one of the best sellers I have come across.

I was looking for a 2080 ti Lightning Z for my current build and two sellers on here claimed to have them only to have them cancel on me due to saying otherwise. This seller not only had one they was willing to send me a picture and tested it to ensure it was working ahead of time. They were extremely prompt and friendly to work with and I have zero complaints. If anything I would give them a rating higher then 5 because they went above and beyond and worked with me besides doing other things they didnt need to in the process. This is an example of how good customer service should be and I hope they keep the same standards in the future. I would happily order another GPU in the future from them.

I bought what was labeled as a mobo/CPU combo but only the mobo arrived. It arrived on time and after the return process the funds were deposited back promptly, so there's the bright side. Beware deals that seem too good to be true

SCAMMER, do not buy. They list a a520 mobo and 5600x and then edit the listing, delete the CPU and then delete the listing. You pay CPU and mobo money and get no CPU. Will be returning for a full refund
