RMA Policy

Tech For Less Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Tech For Less
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Tech For Less
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Tech For Less will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Tech For Less.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tech For Less will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Tech For Less can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

These guys were great. I wanted a 42" monitor to replace the TV I had been using as a monitor. Great picture at a great price and it's not always trying to get to netflix/disney etc.

I was nervous buying a used Optane SSD, but it arrived working, tested good under SMART, and reported less than 20 hours of use and under 65Gs written. Basically new, but not quite. The packaging was a bit light, but USPS delivered it without damage. Your results obviously may vary, but Id consider buying from them again.

Needed a new laptop battery didn't wanna break the bank and a new one is so pricey so I bought refurbed and it's just as good as as the fresh one I bought last time I needed one! Item arrived early and would definitely order from them again.

We all make mistakes but it is how you react to those mistakes that will set you apart from the rest. - Quote Me 11/21/2025 - Order placed 12/3/2025 - 12/5/2025 - Order promised (important) 11/25/2025 - Order delivered - Now who would complain about a delivery being received early, how could that possibly be a problem??? Let me explain. I travel.. Im nomadic. I dont live normally like most people I specifically made travel plans (a 800 mile drive) to be at the delivery location, on Dec 2nd through Dec 12th to pick up this package. The package sat at USPS for 7 days, (the absolute last day before they sent the package back to the sender). I called and begged USPS everyday to please hold the package for me and promised to be there no later than Dec 2nd. Now, Ill take this punch on the chin. I realize the uniqueness of my situation and my complaint. I understand this will not get much traction in normal society because, after all, it came early which for most people would be a pro rather than a con. However, this was a problem for me. 12/2/2025 picked up package 12/2/2025 opened package only to realize its not what I ordered 12/2/2025 - sent e-mail to TechForLess through the newegg platform Me: Hey, it's the wrong product, what are the next steps? TechForLess: (7 hours later) we are so so so so so sorry (AI scripted e-mail 2 paragraphs long about how sorry they are) Send back the wrong unit with this attached Prepaid FedEx label and we will credit your credit card within 3-5 business days Me: I dont need credit, I need the product I ordered. TechForLess: We dont have that product in stock. Me: When are you getting it in stock? TechForLess: We no longer have that product.. 12/4/2025 - 1 hour 2 minute drive to the local FedEx store Out of pocket expenses.. $9.63 one 8-½ x 11 black and white print out of the prepaid label 2 lineal feet of clear packing tape. -1 hour 2 minute drive back $21.67 gasoline 12/8/2025 - Package arrives to TechForLess warehouse 12/11/2025 - 3 day minimum BUSINESS day promised PENDING credit date - no contact, no credit 12/11/2025 - Business day 4 - no contact, no credit 12/15/2025 - 5 day maximum BUSINESS day promised PENDING credit date - no contact, no credit -Sent e-mail to TechForLess inquiring about credit with proof of delivery (and signature) attached as PDF -Received a SECOND additional Prepaid FedEx shipping label for the product that is now at their warehouse -Sent another e-mail Hey whats up you already have the package, I dont need another shipping label 12/16/2025 TechForLess: Generic scripted e-mail Hey we already processed your credit, the reason you're probably not getting the credit is because, THE BANKS ARE SLOW.. during the holidays Me: Look at my calendar to see what holiday is on December 16th.. National cover anything in chocolate day Call Chase bank to see if their hours are affected by celebrating cover anything in chocolate day. I am informed the banking hours are NOT affected by this holiday I ask the bank teller about a credit from TechForLess on my credit card. Surprise, nothing has been filed from TechForLess -Hours later a PENDING credit on my credit card from TechForLess Filling out the newegg.com survey.... Was the item delivered on time? No Was the item as seller described? No Was seller's customer service satisfactory? No Will you order from the seller again? No. Comments: The seller (TechForLess) made a mistake, which is fine everyone makes them However, it is how you deal with that mistake that sets apart a loser from a winner. I was told through TechForLesss actions (not e-mails) that I (the customer) dont matter. We'll fix it when we fix it. We here at TechForLess expect you the customer to remind us of our mistake because mistakes for TechFor Less are priority 2. Priority 1 is making a sale. Priority 2 is you (the customer) dealing with the consequences and reminding TechforLess (multiple times, I might add) that yeah there's a problem and when it is convenient for us, we should probably fix it... Not sure whats whats more frustrating, them sending the wrong part and having to return all the other components for the PC, were trying to get new egg to except the motherboard as a return because apparently it was listed as non-refundable

Yes, I would definitely recommend this seller. The item arrived as described in excellent and working condition. It was like new down to the new factory stickers on the computer. I have been using it for a week now with no issues.
