Tech Trends is a US-based Trusted Supplier of High-Tech IT Equipment and Consumer Electronics.

Tech Trends has been selling High quality new & used electronics and computer components to customers all over the world. We pride ourselves on providing great merchandise, low prices, and excellent service. Our items are always shipped correctly so that they arrive in great condition and on time.

We are creative type techies who test all of the items we sell. We use Eco-friendly packaging and reuse shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

We care about the Environment. By refurbishing older equipment and reusing technology, we can help reduce the number of natural resources used to manufacture new products and also help reduce the number of harmful pollutants produced by e-waste processes.

When equipment can no longer be refurbished, we make sure that this equipment is safely recycled. A portion of the sale of each item goes toward non-profit organizations that help others who are in need of food, shelter, and clothing.

RMA Policy

Tech Trends Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Tech Trends
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Tech Trends
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Tech Trends will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Tech Trends.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tech Trends will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Newegg Marketplace does NOT charge restocking fees for eligible returns. Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Bought refurbished. Sent a card that had not been refurbished yet. Accused of Tampering with card because it was dusty and the seal broken, just as they sent it to me. I had it in my computer 1 hour, then I packed it back up and returned it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

To me what truly defines a professional seller is how they handle returns, period. I had an issue with an expensive video card and expected to have to fight for cooperation as i usually have to with other NewEgg sellers. But not with Tech Trends, they were great. As a technical person myself i did thorough troubleshooting to confirm there was an issue before submitting a request for replacement. (note to all you should always do that out of respect for sellers, ruling out all variables before doing an RMA). Anyway I sent a message to TechTrends and received a pretty quick response. I explained this issue i had, and the steps i used to rule out all other variables other than the card. Like a true professional, they respected that i was being honest and put the work in before just returning the item. They setup an RMA, sent me a return label and i returned the video card for replacement. once they received it they sent me the replacement out the same day they got mine back. the new card arrived and worked perfectly. If only all sellers would take a lesson from Tech Trends on how to handle situations like this, everyone's experience on newegg would be a positive one like mine was. A+ Tech Trends, keep up the good work you will be in business a long time handling your customers in this professional manner.
