RMA Policy

Teleasy Corporation is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We will make every effort to return your item for a refund or exchange, if the order is within our return policy.

Our goal is to have 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date. All Product returns are subject to industry standard 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement cost deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, printheads, batteries and media.
Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to Teleasy Corporation and are entirely beyond our control.
If Item is unopened and it is in the same condition you received it in:
you will receive a full refund less our actual shipping cost.
If Item is opened or used:
You may be charged a restocking fee of 15%, + our actual shipping cost to you.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
Orders that ship free will have shipping cost deducted from original purchase amount (see above),

Teleasy Corporation Customer Care team stands ready to assist with manufacturer's warranty service, exchange and repair if any item proves defective.
For orders outside of our return policy, please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement. Manufacturers do not allow us to accept merchandise that is over 30 days old, and require for the customer to register with them. Any returns received that do not comply with the above policies will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or returned to the customer

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I picked the case I wanted off Antec's website. After a Google search, Newegg had the best price. I haven't logged into that website in probably ten years, and my login still worked. It was super easy and the case showed up in a couple days. It was such a great shopping experience I'm definitely buying more stuff from them.

The MAIN problem I had with getting 1 and not 24 3m cleaning cloths is that I contacted TELeasy twice with no response. After waiting 2 days I contacted New Egg and they did a great job of responding and getting my RMA number and shipping label with no hassle. Luckily I just barely had a enough time to order them from somewhere else and get it by Christmas. TELeasy did ship me the 1 cloth fast in a big box with a packing label that said 1 cloth even though the website said case of 24. After looking at their review rating TELeasy probably won't care about one more bad review.

Tracking number seemed off, waited a few days then decided to message. Then they resolved the issue on there end and it arrived the next day.
