RMA Policy

The Server Store Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from The Server Store
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by The Server Store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, The Server Store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by The Server Store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. The Server Store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
The Server Store can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered a server from this seller, it arrived ahead of schedule with above and beyond packaging. The cosmetic quality of the case was fantastic, beyond superficial scuffs which likely predated refurbishment. The seller reached out to me regarding a minor discrepancy in the listing prior to shipping, the model of dual Xenons were not in fact compatible with this server. However they notified me this would be replaced with an equivalent newer generation Xenon with better comparative benchmarks vs the literal clock rate. I had no complaints with this replacement. I appreciated candor and quality of this seller and I would recommend them. This server is now the focal point of my home lab with no regrets.

4 out of 5 eggs Unprofessional. Not impolite, but low quality.

Insufficient quality control. Delivery machine to me that blue screened upon first boot up. Customer service guy was complaining about Microsoft not allowing them to provide recovery disks. But I could go get my own recovery disk off the Internet. Felt like I was dealing with some junior high school kids

Unit came packed nicely as always. Somehow it got a dent on the from right corner that I managed to fix without contacting support. It was clean and components were in good shape. Altogether a nice machine

My machine met all of the minimum standards of the description. When you order make sure you order at least 16gb of ram, 32gb would be a better choice.

I ordered a Dell Precision T5810 Workstation from the Server Store, I had bought one from them before and I love the build quality of these full tower workstations. The expected delivery time was 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately, although the Server Store processed my order and shipped it the same day I placed the order, FedEx kept the workstation in Texas for 5 days. I was upset because I need the computer for work and I have no recourse with FedEx. I contacted the Server Store, and their representative has done everything right. They have gone to bat with FedEx for me, which I very much appreciate.

Product as advertised. Arrived before it was promised. Video was not the standard DVI. I was using an aftermarket video card, so this was not an issue. Only issue was the Windows 10 would not activate. Since I had been using a Windows 7 machine, there was no problem using that key. But you might want to clarify before order if this will be an issue. Biggest surprise was how quiet this machine is. Without lights, I would be unable to tell if it was powered on.

The computer arrived early and still have Dell warranty left on the system. Open the case, it is clean and all components are in working order. All the extra cables and brackets are included. The specs are as advertised. Good buy.

I ordered a used server and it worked fine aside from a DOA SAS controller. I emailed the seller and they immediately shipped me a replacement. This type of issue is bound to occur once in a while and I am happy with how the seller handled it.

I spent two thousand dollars on a T7810 Dell. It literally looked like someone keyed my workstation in about four places (they had a handful of 7810s.) You would think that if you spend TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS that they would send you a better looking one. The worst part of my whole experience is I now have a watermark in the bottom right telling me to purchase windows ten. I PAID FOR A KEY!!!!!!!! The refurbished sticker where the windows key should be, has no key! They never sent me a key!!! I will say that the internals of the workstation are as they should be, but the rest of the experience really makes me think that I wont be buying from them again!!!!!! (It was the second computer I've purchased from them.. The first one I paid one fifty and over all it was a great experience. I spent two thousand and disappointment after disappointment!!!!!

I'm sorry about the scratches on the machine, the issues you described can be fixed on our end, through an exchange of chassis'.
