The Supplier Hub represents and distributes equipment and supplies for the retail sector of the economy, from bar code readers, POS equipment, label printers, access control equipment, as well as, through our paper supply division, Thermal paper rolls in various sizes, which are used in solutions for mobile and wireless printers and point-of-sale solutions (POS).

RMA Policy

TheSupplierHub Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from TheSupplierHub
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by TheSupplierHub
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, TheSupplierHub will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by TheSupplierHub.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. TheSupplierHub will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
TheSupplierHub can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

was sent 8gb instead of 16, ive tried contacting seller to no avail, im still trying to get a refund

4 out of 5 eggs NUCs sold as new but used

We ordered a total of 3 NUCs from your company. The first order invoice 1305395438 was for qty 1 came in with none of the plastic wrap on the unit, had the Intel Sticker already on it and did not come with an AC Adapter. These are used items, we ordered new items. The second order we ordered qty 2 they came in with mismatched serial numbers and also were opened and missing items. In this case the screws were missing and one had a VESA plate missing.

Numbe one that is not what I ordered but I hooked it up as I did not want to send it back. I turn it on and the screen lit up dim and had no video. I turn it off and back on and had no video so I contacted "Newegg" and got a RMA number and shipped in back to them on the 17th of January.

4 out of 5 eggs The computer I received was not even the correct brand of computer, much less the correct model.

How was this possible? I could se this happening back when items are just pulled off a shelf. An item could be on the wrong section or the wrong shelf. But, everything is done with bar codes these days. I cannot accurately rate my experience unless/until everything is settled to my complete satisfaction. I feel the correct computer should be sent by express delivery at no charge to me for the inconvenience.

4 out of 5 eggs Seller shipped NUC13 with un-activated Win 11 Pro Operating System

This seller shipped a NUC13 that I purchased here on Newegg that clearly included Windows 11 Pro, but the operating system isn't activated and there is no Win 11 Product Key included with the shipment, so Microsoft refuses to allow activation. Contacted the seller and so far there is no response... EDIT: The seller did eventually contact me and let me know that the Win 11 Pro activation key was in fact on a sticker on the bottom of the NUC13 unit itself. Sure enough, I just didn't look hard enough.

4 out of 5 eggs Shipped monitors different from what was on the listing

Monitors sent did not come with any of the cables stated in the listing, which are DP, HDMI, and VGA. Monitors themselves didn't have the ports stated in the listing, which were DP, HDMI, and others. Monitors only had HDMI. When I asked them to send the cables that were listed, they only sent DP to mini-DP, which are useless unless you have a Mac. Buying from this company is actually costing me more money to make things work due to an inaccurate listing and incorrect follow up service.
