RMA Policy

Tom & Jerry Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Tom & Jerry
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by Tom & Jerry
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Tom & Jerry will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Tom & Jerry.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tom & Jerry will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. Tom & Jerry does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by Tom & Jerry will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Dont buy anything from this buyer been waiting for my refund for 2 months and they dont answer at alll when I send them email even new egg is not dont anything about it this is ridiculous and its a scam and the items came not working too so guys dont buy from new egg or from here this is my last time

When I purchased the item the original item at the end of November the free shipping quoted delivery anywhere from Dec 2-30, the option for faster shipping cost $49.99 and said item would be deliver by Dec 12. I opted for free shipping and the time actually arrived on Dec 13, so was very pleased with that the item was exactly what was ordered and works great. I would recommend Tom and Jerry for future business.

The item I ordered from Tom and Jerry arrived undamaged and as scheduled with a minimal shipping fee. I was looking for an older GPU, graphics card, for an older computer system that I recently updated and this video card was exactly what was I looking for.

They sent me the wrong item, and it didn't work, BUT they were really nice about it, responsive, and gave me a refund. So yeah if you're nervous about buying used, they have your back!

After unfounded concerns they responded quickly to my message and my product showed up earlier then expect. When you live where I live everything shows up later then you'd want but my one item showed up with everything else.

My order never came, DHL said they delivered it and that I had signed for it. I informed the seller of this, and asked them to produce my signature if I had signed for it. They told me to call DHL, they didn't even give me an email address to use. They should have a lot more pull with their delivery vendor than I would, and I expect they have an account rep they can easily contact to have it sorted out. Instead, they tried to dump it in my lap. I notified Newegg, they said they would look into it, and I have not heard back. This is all exactly what I deserve buying anything from Newegg and one of their marketplace sellers. I will know better in the future, and will work with my credit card company to cancel the charges, because Newegg and the vendor don't seem willing to do that or get me the product I ordered 21 days ago.
