Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

30 Day Guarantee: Return any item for any reason within 30 days of product delivery for a refund in its original packing and condition.

Email us with details and we will send you return authorization number and return shipping address.

Item MUST be sealed, unopened, unused, and its original condition as resalable

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled / returned orders.

Returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee.

We will deduct Shipping and Handling charges and refund original price of the products.

Personal Hygiene items such as vitamins, perfumes, make-up, and any food items are NOT returnable or refundable when opened.

Return will NOT be accepted without RMA number.

Refund will be processed in 7 to 10 business days.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

The item was delivered to the wrong address in another city. Contacted customer support and a replacement was shipped and received within a week.

4 out of 5 eggs Item was shipped to the wrong address half way across the state.

I don't know how they messed that up, it was just one mouse. Then I instantly get an automatic refund slip processed from Newegg. Which will take 3-5 business days to get my money back. when all I want is the mouse, not my money back. Now I have to wait for the refund and then re-order. Then wait another week and hope it gets to my address. I will give them one more shot, I get it stuff happens. If it happens again I will re-comment and never order from them again.

The tracking for this shipment said it was awaiting package, which a lot of reviewers said they never got their delivery and shipment was in that same status, but my package was delivered quickly. I was worried for a day or two though.

i ordered these 22 hours ago and they came in alrdy! as described although the seller should update the pictures, because in the picture the headset has an S looking logo, but these ones are the updated version with the epos. i had the exact same headset for a few years and they work amazing, i mostly got them for the microphone quality! but i had an accident with them so bought the exact same.
