Warranty exclusions and restrictions
Although we value customer satisfaction, the following cases are not covered by our warranty:
1. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
2. Purchases without a valid proof of purchase
3. Defects or damage caused by improper use, abuse, excessive heat, liquids or other external influences
4. Lost or stolen products
5. Products that have been refunded

RMA Policy

Tropro Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Tropro
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Tropro
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Tropro will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Tropro.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tropro will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Tropro can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

-Seller was just okay. Nothing to brag about. -Shipping was poor. Was delivered many days after original promised date. Arrival date was updated twice and was still later than promised. -Item did not work first time after software download. Had to go through process multiple times to achieve full strength operation. Instruction sheet was terrible!

PC didn't have the space for internal parts for a bluetooth setup, and I wasn't too sure about a usb dongle, but this has been working well so far. There was some connection lagging at first but I did a reboot after installation and it has been working well so far. Plugged the usb in the back of the PC and installed via disc, was quite straightforward through the instructions. Tested with an Xbox Controller and it was able to connect quickly.. I chose "Bluetooth" instead of "Other Devices", as Windows may suggest. Played a game test and connection was great!

4 out of 5 eggs Website said it ships from USA, but it shipped from China????

I specifically chose to order the GPU Support Brackets I need from Tropro, because it was the only one on the website that said 'Ships from United States'. Image my surprise when I received a tracking number from Shenzhen, China! I placed the order on December 2 and it was supposed to arrive between December 9-11, yet it is still is still in shipping limbo. I am not happy. When I place an order from a vendor who states the item is shipping from the United States, it is not unreasonable for me to expect it to ship from the United States. Buyers Beware...this vendor is not truthful regarding where their products are shipping from.

Seller needs an editor for their instructions as there are multiple typos. Also, they neglected to include the time to immerse the product in boiling water to help soften the product before molding. It is difficult to determine which is the upside of the product as both sides look similar & writing on product is difficult to see.

I love the size of this mat and how it incorporates enough room for both mouse and keyboard. The lights run along the sides and provide a cool little touch. All in all I am enjoying this product and recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade the setup.

BUT, the right button is a little weak and keeps getting push by accident. A little piece of paper folded up stuck under the right button about mid way fixed it right up. Ive had one of these mice before lasted many many years, i plain wore it out. it had the same soft right mouse button.
