RMA Policy

Return Policy (Request RMA)

Unless noted below or in the product description, most products can be
returned within 30 days from the date of invoice if all of the
following requirements are met:
Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process refunds and credit your account.
Our Return Policy for software is consistent with the manufacturer
license agreement.
We do not accept returns of Print heads, Media (labels, ribbon,
receipt paper, etc.), Software or Symbol Service Contracts.
For certain items all sales are final and returns are not available,
see product descriptions for information.

To receive credit, all products must

Must be returned in their original packaging and non used.
Must include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
Must be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition.

All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or
writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire
product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may
be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer.
Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for
shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the
above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be
applied depending on the sale value of the returned items:

RMA Fee Schedule for Returned Items

Products returned New, Unopened in perfect condition with all
packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are
subject to a 15% restock fee + Shipping cost.
Products returned Used, Opened in close to perfect condition or with
all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as
openbox are subject to a 50% restock fee + shipping costs. Products
returned Used, Opened in user damaged condition or without all
packaging and item materials and manuals that cannot be resold as new
or open box are refused and returned to customer. If a customer
refuses delivery of returned item, the item is disposed of by the
shipping carrier, but the customer is still charged for that item and
will not be entitled to a refund.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise/Claims:

All claims about carriers must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Dead on Arrival Claims:

All DOA claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Products that show signs of use are not returnable as dead on arrival.

Refusal and Undelivered Fees:

A %15 refusal fee will be apply to all items that are not accepted by
customer upon delivery and to all orders that can not be delivered to
the given address.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

My first order from Newegg. The package arrived 2 days early, and the mic works just fine. Needed to buy it because my discounted headset was missing the mic. Would buy again if needed.

I wouldn’t recommend using this seller. I paid for express delivery service for my keys and they shipped them to wrong address which was their error and still charged me the express delivery. I contacted Them and no one ever responded. A shipment that was supposed to take 2 Days end up taking over a week and no apology. I will Never order from here again!!

I would never recommend nor purchase from Uniquepos ever again! The company return policy is unreasonable as I returned the products in the original packing and the items were not removed from the box. However, I had written a few words on the boxes and return was refused! Uniquepos would not waver and work with me on the refund. I was willing do an exchange but they refused.

Uniquepos Response:

Hi there, you can not alter original item boxes as they can not be sold again as new or open box. Not only original boxes had many writing on it, items also were completely used. Our return policy is clearly described the same on the website that we do not accept used items as returns.

We ordered 3 cameras which we thought were new but once we got them the boxes were all ripped apart and held together by tape. There are scratches all over the camera bases itself. It looks like someone had a field day in the warehouse throwing the boxes around before shipping them out. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.

The first time I ordered the part I made a mistake and picked a slow shipping option, within an hour I was on the phone with a representative who got in touch with with company. They said they canceled my order. Knowing this I made another order with faster shipping. They charged me for both orders.
