RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Ear gels smell like Formaldehyde! No amount of washing will remove the smell. Product causes skin irritation. Merchant should be banned from selling anything on Newegg for selling a toxic products.

First and foremost he had the product listed as new I know this because that's the filter that I set was for new products only and yet I received a very heavily used demo model not to mention the fact that it wasn't even told that it was going to be a demo in the original ad. And then on top of it being a demo it was obviously and Ill repair and bad condition the battery won't stage charged for more than 45 minutes and it's supposed to have a battery life of 12 to 14 hours of use depending on whether it's Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connected I'm very familiar with this line of speakers I've had some in the past this was not a new speaker by any means to sustain this kind of battery damage furthermore I paid for expedited shipping a higher price and yet still didn't receive the item until after the fact very very dissatisfied very dishonest seller

I purchased a screen protector for my Samsung A50. I received a screen protector for a totally different phone. I reached out to NewEgg's customer service and requested a replacement, aka the item I purchased, and they sent me a shipping label free of charge to return what I received for the exchange. I mailed the incorrect screen protector back two weeks ago and have since received no indication it ever arrived, no confirmation it's been mailed since, no offer of cancellation or refund (if they don't have what I ordered), nothing. Very frustrated.

4 out of 5 eggs Received damaged - NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER TO INQUIRIES REGARDING ISSUE RESOLUTION

I placed order 513395093 on 01/19/2021 with Unlimited Cellular for a Body Glove phone case, and received the order on 01/26/2021. I opened the package and discovered that the item was damaged (appeared to have "melted" during transit). I immediately processed RMA 110371860 requesting "replacement or refund", and returned the item the same day using UPS tracking number 1ZA813779091318903 provided by the RMA. Per the UPS tracking system the item was received at the New Windsor, NY location on 02/02/2021, and was ultimately received at the Newburgh, NY location on 02/09/2021. Having received no response, I submitted a follow-up inquiry on 02/13/2021 asking for a status on my request. Today is 02/25/2021, and I still have yet to receive a replacement, a refund, or a response to my inquiry.
