RMA Policy

UPTSTORE Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from UPTSTORE
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by UPTSTORE
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, UPTSTORE will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by UPTSTORE.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. UPTSTORE will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
UPTSTORE can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Needed a basic W11 desktop machine, price was reasonable, it arrived on time, configuration was as described, machine was packed well, no cosmetic or operational issues. It came with Google Chrome, Firefox and Open Office installed in addition to the W11 OS which was convenient for me.

i noticed that there was a shipping error upon my receipt of this product. I immediately reached out to the seller and to my surprise was given, in my opinion, the best customer service I've received recently from any company in recent memory. They were caring, compassionate, and most importantly patient in dealing with me and my issue. I had to remove a part from my computer and was walked through the process step by step. When they shipped the replacement, I received it in two days no questions asked. The product itself came in great condition, was easy to get up and running and was an amazing deal for the price. I definitely recommend this seller and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

The DELL PC model that I ordered was replaced by an upgraded model, with no explanation from Upstore. A call to their Customer Service verified that the model I received was equal to, and better, than the model I ordered. But, still no explanation for the model swap. Packaging was a little loosey goosey, could have used more filler to keep things from bouncing around in the shipping box. The PC activation instructions that they sent were about half accurate, but good enough to get the job done. After all is said and done, I would recommend Upstore, and would buy from them again.

Good clean refurbed PC. Only had a little dent on the outside cover. Preloaded software is good. No problems with windows setup. Shipping packaging could've been a little tighter but it did the job. Thanks UPTSTORE.

of the two computers i bought, the one i've turned on so far (i'm keeping the other in reservie in case i mess up the first) the first stinks of women's perfume and it wasn't cleaned. so... refurbished? the clean install of windows 10 is working fine and the computer itself is working fine and the stink will fade over time. i got exactly what i paid for... the cheapest computer that newegg offered and i am VERY happy with the price/product. it just stinks.

4 out of 5 eggs Worst online experience I've ever had. Shipped wrong item, said they'd send out the right one, but then refused to send it out.

Would not recommend this company. They sent the wrong item, I talked to customer service who guaranteed they'd send out the one I ordered right away, but then didn't send it. Started to give me the runaround about why they wouldn't send the right one, till the one they sent me was sent back, even though customer service said they'd send the right one immediately. I finally demanded they send the right computer asap or I would cancel the order. They never responded after that. So I cancelled the order. They have lost a customer, and I will never deal with them ever again,.
