Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 60 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from VirVentures
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, VirVentures will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. VirVentures will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Be warned this seller damaged item at warehouse and I have been waiting on the item's status to update on Newegg after seller told me I would be recieving a refund on 6.29.23. I have sent multiple messages and will be contacting Newegg as cancelling and order and initiating a refund should take no longer than 1 week unless international. The seller has not offered an explination on why this issue has taken so long to resolve and has not offered any supporting documentation as to why I've been waiting as long as I have. I read another review that had this same issue. Seller only sends automated replies and is very slow compared to other sellers on Newegg. I would highly discourage buying from this seller as their issue resolution lacks efficiency and is just honestly slow and frustrating. I have not recieved any items, its like this seller took my money, didn't send the item and keeps saying they initiated a refund which they have not.

4 out of 5 eggs I can not recommend.

I ordered the unit thinking it would fit my application. My wife said the cabinet was 15 1/2" wide. 40 minutes later, I measured myself and saw it was only 14 3/4" and requested the order be canceled immediately by emailing customer service, just before 8:00am. At 12:30, I receive a reply email that the sale can not be canceled, item was shipped. At 9:04am, they had printed a shipping label. I emailed customer service the next day after the item was not yet shipped, and they refused to cancel the order again. A week after the label was printed, the shipper got the item. When the delivery driver rang the doorbell, he ran back to his truck and drove away faster than we could answer the door. The box had been broken, retaped, over wrapped with plastic film and relabeled. Parts were poking out. of the package. I guess he knew we would refuse delivery. I will not open it. I initiated a damaged return with the seller and am waiting to find the end of the story. And that is why I only give them one egg.

It was a little more troublesome to build in. Had to take a lot of screws loose. Did not come with a front fan, so I installed a 120mm fan, later decide I needed a larger one so I installed a 140mm fan. I installed an Asrock b550m/iTX motherboard and a gtx 960 graphics card, Used a Ryzen 7 5700G 8 core cpu. It's all working fine with Windows 11.

Not clear how to load drivers. Actually, had to load two sets of drivers to get it to work. Working as advertised, now.

4 out of 5 eggs Horrible Customer Service Bad Business!!!!!! Avoid them at all cost

I placed an order, for some reason on new egg my shipping address did not update to match the billing address. I caught the mistake and cancelled the order and SENT them a message. They ignored the message, and still generated a shipping number. I called them, and the item is still at their facility to be picked up. They told me "because the shipping label was generated they could not cancel the order" and that I would have to contact the carrier to refuse delivery to get a refund. THE ITEM IS STILL AT THEIR FACILITY AND HASN'T BEEN RETRIEVED BY THE CARRIER. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that they don't do that, they they could arrange for a call back in a few hours (thus allowing the carrier to pick up the item). I order a ton of stuff online, and hands down this was the worst customer experience I've had to deal with in 15 years.

The item was shipped by mistake to an address in New York (?). I live in Indiana. I alerted Newegg to the problem. I asked for a replacement shipment. It was delivered a week later. It looks good and works very well. They made a mistake, but recovered very well.
