Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 60 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order. Please note, the warranty period for items varies by product category. Warranty is applicable to items purchased through VIVO or a registered VIVO seller through an affiliated third-party marketplace. Warranty includes product defects, and does not include damages resulted by user error. Things that void a warranty and further business with VIVO include physical abuse of the item, improper use, permanent alterations, failure to return all pieces/parts, returns resulting in product damages due to insufficient packaging or swearing/threatening customer support.
Please Note: Failure to report items that arrive damaged within 30 days of receipt may result in denial of reimbursement.

Any product being returned to us must have an RMA number included. Failure to include RMA number may result in delayed processing. Refunds or replacements may take up to 3-5 business days from receipt to be processed. Return shipping charges on items that are ordered in error or no longer needed are non-refundable. VIVO is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed. Any product utilized in food processing must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered it yesterday morning, and they sent it on the same day so I received the item today. I happened to be fairly close (not in the same state though) to the sender address but even then I really appreciated that they processed my order so quickly. In fact it was so fast that newegg didn't even have time to update the shipping status before I got the items.

4 out of 5 eggs If you send out a restocked item you need to check to make sure all the parts are included.

No - my order was missing the bolts to put together the unit. I should have know it was a restock as a different white tape was on the box and some of the foam packing was broken/crushed.

I would recommend this seller and the delivery has always been ahead of schedule. It's always a plus if you don't have to contact the seller and so far I've had no reason to.

Picked this one because it was white and well rated. Not disappointed. my 25" ROG swifts which are on the heavy side mounted up well and the arms are strong but malleable.

I already had a top to use. I was surprised at the quality. It was fairly simple to get put together. Good instructions and packed well.

4 out of 5 eggs Item was not fully stocked to fit most monitors. I had to get some longer screws to attach to my monitors.

I like the product easy to assemble but did not have the screws for my monitors to mount. I needed to go and buy longer screws.

The vendor checked the monitors before sending them. Apparently one was damaged. She was very kind and easy to work with to find a solution. My order arrived quickly and would work with them again.

4 out of 5 eggs Nicely built monitor arm

Seller was great. The monitor arm was easy to setup and install, and comes with two clamps types- I ended up using the grommet clamp and it's pretty secure. I have a 27" Dell monitor on it and it's worked out great for me. The USB port is a nice touch, though I don't have a use for it. My only gripe is the cable management sections are secured with screws so that means it takes an extra tool if I want to adjust the cables. I fit the power, HDMI, and DisplayPort cables in pretty snug.
