RMA Policy

Walts TV Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Walts TV
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Walts TV
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Walts TV will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Walts TV.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Walts TV will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Walts TV can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

worst buying experience and return experience ever

4 out of 5 eggs Inadequate packaging resulted in destruction of product

The seller was excellent to work with and provided outstanding customer service and pricing, but unfortunately, the packaging of the item was insufficient to prevent destruction during shipment. The TV was completely destroyed in transit, and was unusable. The OEM box was not even remotely strong enough to prevent damage during shipment. The seller was completely accommodating in issuing a prompt return label and full refund, but this whole situation could have been prevented if only a little more care had been taken to protect the item before being turned over to the ham-fisted goons at the shipping company.

4 out of 5 eggs I never received a 65" TV I paid for but the shipping is saying received. Tracking shows it's in Atlanta but I live in North Carolina. No responses from the seller, just silence.

I would purchase anything from them and wont buy anything from Newegg again.

Seller used GLS shipping. Look up reviews for GLS. They are awful. My item made it to Dallas and was supposed be here on Thurs/Friday. Great I thought. Then when I check tracking again it shows it on it's way from Dallas to California and marked return to seller. So never got my item. Cancelled order. Going to just by from Best Buy.

TV was not delivered on time and was not the model I ordered. I was "upgraded" to the TV I already have without notification. Very unprofessional.

4 out of 5 eggs Somewhat confusing shipping process, but Seller was responsive to my questions

tl, dr: shipment process is convoluted and not straightforward to track. Seller and shipper are professional and process worked (in my case), with a few messages back and forth. Saw some negative reviews, particularly regarding their logistics provider (Ceva) after I'd placed the order and reviewed the shipping details provided. The tracking number was listed on newegg as FedEx and so was not searchable. After reviewing some complaints about long lags to get products delivered, I reached out to seller and prepared to cancel the order. I was given some shipping details at that point - enough to find the Ceva Logistics site and confirm the shipment was en route. Was told by seller that I needed to call Ceva to schedule delivery. Buyer having to reach out to seller and then make a phone call to set up delivery is...suboptimal. If this really is a requirement, why not disclose that upfront or at least in an FYI message to the buyer? Not thrilled and again poised to cancel the order. Turns out (after ~8 min on hold to talk to a very polite Ceva rep), I did not need to set up delivery and being present to take delivery was optional. TV was to be delivered the following day - which it was. Box with a small crinkle on one corner, but otherwise pristine. Contents undamaged and product appears fully functional. Got a few more messages from seller throughout confirming I did not want to cancel and that product arrived in good condition. All communications were very professional. Have been primed to mistrust sellers on newegg marketplace once things smell a bit funny. This time, my cynicism seems unfounded. If I hadn't been OCD about tracking expensive TV. Would probably have just appeared like anything elze and I'd have been none the wiser. See the other reviews regarding problems with Ceva, but mine were pretty benign.
