RMA Policy

White Cloud Electronics Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from White Cloud Electronics
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by White Cloud Electronics
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, White Cloud Electronics will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by White Cloud Electronics.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. White Cloud Electronics will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
White Cloud Electronics can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Would not recommend this seller. I received my Cpu earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the cpu was damaged. I'm outside the return window and can't return it. Disappointing to say the least

Seller was prompt to respond and provided photos of the product. The estimated delivery date was about 4 weeks from the order date and the product was delivered to me in less than a week a week exceeding my expectation and earlier than expected! Product was packaged well and I have been using the product without issue for about a month now. Highly recommend seller!

Mainboard came with most current Bios, TPM 2.0 compatible , but would not allow standard install of windows 11. workaround was to run a install script to bypass the TPM check. windows 11 then installed fine , Mainboard is has been in use a couple of weeks now and works perfectly

The protection for the ordered motherboard is very good. It took me some time to slowly remove it from the outer layer of protection. The product was indeed brand new. During the installation process, we encountered some minor issues, but they were quickly resolved, and it perfectly set up my new PC. Thank you very much. I will recommend them.

Seller uses totally incompetent and unreliable shipper (Cainiao Logistics). I received email on 12/24 stating that my address was incorrect and product could not be delivered. I called the provided number and verified that my address was indeed correct. I was told it would be delivered within 3-5 days. I received another email on 12/26 stating that my address was incorrect and product could not be delivered. I called the provided number and verified that my address was correct. I was told again it would be delivered within 3-5 days. I received a third email on 12/28 stating that my address was incorrect and product could not be delivered. I called the provided number a third time and verified that my address was correct. I was told the shipment would be expedited and delivered within 1-3 days. I received a fourth email on 12/30 stating that my address was incorrect and product could not be delivered. I called the provided number for a fourth time and verified that my address was correct. I was again told the shipment would be expedited and delivered within 1-3 days. On 01/04 I received a fifth email stating that my address was incorrect and the product could not be delivered. Called again to verify my address and requested to speak to a supervisor in order to escalate the issue. I was told that there is no one available to escalate the issue to. At this time, I can only assume that the order has been lost or stolen by/from the incompetent shipping company. I would never purchase from this seller again.

If your box comes opened, it just might come without any information on why it came opened. There might be missing hardware too. I can't tell you who will tamper with your stuff, but if it comes unsealed and opened just send it back. Save yourself from a compromised board.

Dear Customer We are very sorry about this. We hope to alleviate your inconvenience. Regarding the damaged seals, we have conducted an investigation and communicated with the logistics provider. They explained that the seals were opened during a random inspection of the goods before shipment. We never open the seals ourselves because we always take photos of the goods while the seals remain unopened. Reopening the seals was completely unnecessary. We also clearly stated to the logistics provider that the seals must not be opened for any inspection purposes, and requested that such behavior be prohibited. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

The motherboard was not new. It had been used and protective films from M2 slots removed prior to arrival. Way too much money for a used product and no faith it will last.
