RMA Policy

XMPC-ELECTRONISC Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from XMPC-ELECTRONISC
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by XMPC-ELECTRONISC
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, XMPC-ELECTRONISC will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by XMPC-ELECTRONISC.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. XMPC-ELECTRONISC will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
XMPC-ELECTRONISC can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

We purchased three Dell laptops from them and when we got them they all showed they were imaged with an Ideapad image. The seller confirmed this but since there is no reason a new in box laptop would have needed any imaging at all we don't trust there wasn't anything else done or swapped with the machines and returned them.

Contacted the third party through Newegg and explained my situation. They promised to ship it two day for me and they did. I was able to set up my computer and start my project on time.

We ordered a computer with all the SPECS we wanted. We received slower RAM and we contacted the seller there was no resolution that did not involve more waiting. We asked for the correct RAM and were told we have to send the one we have back and they will send the correct one. We requested a return label in the shipment of the correct RAM, we were denied and told we have to send the one we received first. I offered to pay if we do not return the RAM and again, NO was the answer. I asked for SKU for the correct item and the $60.00 credit they promised due to the error and I am still getting told, NO. We paid $1600 for a very specific purchase and we did not get what we ordered. The RAM that is incorrect is worth more than $300 and the seller is not helping in any way at all. We will no longer do business with Newegg as a result. Many have said it and Ill repeat it, customer service has gone bad the last few years. The competition has better resolutions and customer service.

We fully understand how important it is to receive the exact specifications you ordered, especially for a purchase of this value. After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the discrepancy in the RAM specification was not intentional. The issue was caused by an error in the listed specifications due to a mistake made by our staff when entering the product details. It was not done deliberately. We have since corrected the product information and strengthened our internal review procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring again. In addition, we have issued a $60 compensation, and the replacement with upgraded RAM has already been completed. Throughout the process, we provided multiple resolution options, including replacement and return, in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Our intention has always been to resolve the issue fairly and to follow standard return procedures to ensure proper inventory management, not to create any additional inconvenience. We truly regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue working to improve our service and communication. It's always easy to give 5 stars to a seller who mails something on time and there's no issue. Where the rubber meets the road is when there's an issue. In this case there was a discrepancy between the product description and the delivered product. It did not directly affect the usability of the product, but did affect future upgrades. In this case the seller responded quickly, provided a satisfactory resolution and I am able to move forward with the product. I will do business again with this seller.

I needed the laptop in time for a state exam which was in 4 days. I contacted the seller and they told the warehouse and they got it shipped next day and it came in the following day. Received it in 2 days from contacting them!

My dad needed a new PC with updated software, virus protection the whole nine yards, and so we found this nifty little tower made by Dell and voila! So far it's been exactly what he's needed to get back on his feet and feel more secure.

Good morning, This system referenced below is from order Order #383484589 Options: 40GB/1TB W11P Sold and Shipped by XM-Electronics   Usually these V-15's are from the vendor PC Online. Out of the three systems in this order, one needed an HD replaced. The second laptop, a bad stick of RAM, and the third system wouldn't boot, no OS.  This is bad business, XM Electronics.
