Orders are shipped out on the same business day, assuming your orders have been completed and paid by 12:00pm PST/2:00pm CST/3:00pm EST. We warehouse and ship all of our products. None of our products is drop shipped.

RMA Policy

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. Please note that 15% restocking fee will be applied unless item is defective. All returns must be pre-approved by YescomUSA and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, insurance and returning the item in its new and unused condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item, issue a full store credit or a refund of item price. Under no condition will YescomUSA be liable for any damages, and in particular will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, revenue or use, arising out of or related to the YescomUSA or the information contained within it, whether such damages arose in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to YescomUSA arising from any product sold on YescomUSA shall be the price of the product ordered.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Inbox, covered in gunk on the plug and cord, and the controller had obviously been installed somewhere already in addition some of the hardware for mounting it to the wall is broken. I contacted the seller immediately and they replied within a couple of days. They asked me more questions which I answered and I have not heard back from them in a week. Unacceptable.

If it still leak after I add the seal to the cover, I'll return it. It's very good quality, but cover is not seal tight, it has seal, but it does not help.

4 out of 5 eggs Amazing had replacement parts that will extend my deck umbrella for years

Was hoping to replace a deck umbrella after 4 yrs of service and found the same one at a much higher price not surprisingly. Also found they had replacement canopy's for my frame and listed two. Wasn't sure which one and there help line was excellent in identifying the correct one. Purchased two and they were shipped right away, packaging wasn't fantastic but they arrived and appear to be exactly as the original part. I'm so impressed to find in today's mass moving of imported goods that someone actually supports their product with parts. As you know most things today if they wear out and you can't come up with a way to repair or fix them on your own you just land fill it and buy a new one. For now these guys change those rules and I will continue to keep them way up on my list of really good and reputable retailers

If anyone is interested in e-bike, I'd recommend. I got package date of delivery stated. well packed for protection from damage. one thing though, instructions in pictures and not very clear to understand. It took longer than anticipated but I manage to put it all together ok.
