RMA Policy

Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Yongrui electronic Commerce Co., Limited can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs No Shipment But Charged Restocking Fee

I ordered a motherboard from this seller and it spent about 6-7 days saying that it was shipping but not moving from label created on the status from the shipping number. I then informed them that I wasn't happy with the speed that it was taking to get the shipment moving and that I wanted to just go ahead and cancel it so I could source parts elsewhere. They apologized and completed the return but they kept a restocking fee without ever communicating with me that this would be done. These actions seem very devious since they could've just told me this in our communications before completing the return that they would be keeping some of my money if the return went through. Either way, it doesn't seem like a restocking fee should even be allowed considering the status of the shipment never showed that the motherboard shipped at all. It seems to me that if they wanted to they could do this repeatedly to customers and make a nice infinite profit without ever having to move a single piece of hardware and keep extracting free money from customers. Poor communication and unsatisfactory results from this seller.

We fully understand your dissatisfaction with the logistics status, which is that only the message "Label has been created" was shown 6-7 days before the shipment, due to the customs inspection causing the delay. Regarding your return request, we also admit that we failed to clearly inform you in advance about the cost of restocking, which was our oversight. To properly resolve this matter: Since the goods have already been dispatched and we are responsible for the costs of the interception and return process, we will immediately waive the replenishment fee and provide you with a full refund. We have conducted a comprehensive review of the order processing and customer service procedures. In the future, we will clearly inform customers of all return rules and related fees in advance, and optimize the shipping arrangements to avoid long delays. Thank you for your valuable feedback. I ordered "Brand New" and the product appears to be brand new. Cables and parts in sealed bags and motherboard in sealed static back with what appears to be original seal. I have ordered parts from others before that were supposed to be "Brand New" but that is not what I have received. This is always a concern when ordering internationally. Bottom line, I am very satisfied and order was delivered much sooner than expected.

4 out of 5 eggs Do Not Buy From! Old item sold as new

My new motherboard sold by Newegg through a Chinese company said it would take a week to get the board and was sold as new. The actual shipping date after purchase was well over 2 weeks with the estimated arrival date over 3 weeks away. Motherboard arrived with the box looking a little beat up. Opened it up and it had thermal grease on it, scratched surfaces all over, replaced thermal pads and others that you could see were used before with chip impressions in them. Newegg rep asked me several accusing questions like Why did it take so long to report to which I replied because it took so dang long to get to me and I was waiting on the rest of the parts. Both Newegg and the shipper refused to acknowledge they were selling old parts as new and pretty much said FU. So Im done with new egg. Do not shop here if you want the item to actually meet the description.

The listing was for a "NEW" mouse, I received a used one. This is evident by wear on the finger button areas and the glide pads as well as a sticky button and it was obvious the way the cable was wrapped up. I was so disgusted I didn't want to address it at all until now.

Full disclosure, this is my 2nd motherboard of the same kind and make. My first board was bought from another online seller (not here at newegg) and had some PCIE problems (nvme disappearing, GPU also disconnects rarely) so I returned that one. The one I bought from the seller here in New Egg was far better than the one I got off from another online seller (not here at newegg), no problems from the start and arrived days earlier than scheduled! 100/100

At first, I was reluctant to purchase products for international shipping. There were too many uncertainties and it was not certain whether there would be warranty services available.
