RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I had tried for several months to get one of these thru major online retailers. They were always happy to take my order, but nothing ever showed up. I was beginning to think they were no longer available. Zoro had it here in less than a week and in perfect condition.

I wanted 13" chains and I received 10.5" chains. The lady who took my order was great as far as her customer service and her trying to help me. And even though I got the wrong chains, when I called to see what I could do to get the right ones, customer service was again very nice. They are refunding my order and I didn't have to send the wrong chains back so that it didn't cost me anything. However, they didn't have the chains that I needed. So I'm back to square one...lol.

Items arrived as described, quickly, and packaged well. There was no damage to what was a flimsy product box, as the seller used two thicker cardboard boxes to encapsulate the product. Shipping was faster than Newegg estimated. Newegg order page had the correct tracking number, but did not seem to know it was for FedEx, which requires manual lookup. That's more likely a newegg problem, as all the data was there.

Customer service was great at rectifying the shipping issue, was not their fault it was the shipping company error. Zoro was going to send replacement item overnight at no-cost at the same time the original item was delivered. Great Service

4 out of 5 eggs I'm still waiting to receive items.

I was shipped incorrect items. Subsequently, I chatted with NewEgg who indicated that the correct items would be sent after I sent back incorrect items. I have since sent back incorrect items RMA #127471100, which was delivered on 8/11. I'm still waiting to receive my order.
